When I added avocado to my smoothie for the first time today, it was with the mindset that the terrible combination of fruity and not so veggie-like ingredients would certainly slay me with sheer disgust. Now that I’ve decided that I’m not going to die from a toxic mix of foods, I’ll share my experiment with you.
These are our ingredients for today. Two bananas, one avocado, and apple juice. (I love apple juice and use it very often in my smoothies.)
