I don’t much like this yogurt much, it’s unsweetened and if you add too much, your smoothie won’t be sweet
Usually is enough for two servings. As I’m the only one who drinks smoothies in my home, that means I can have one for breakfast and for lunch.
Tastes delicious with just bananas and apples and is still pretty filling.
